What are the delivery charges?

There are no charges for delivery within Karachi, However Rs250 will be charged on all orders out of Karachi.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

• We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
• We use third party Delivery services so you won’t be able to open or check the item without paying the required amount to delivery rider, Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
